Chapel Hill Tire - Apex

I came in for an alignment and they found some other issues with my 13 year old van. They weren't pushy with the work and even price matched another shop, saving me $200. They also were still able to complete the work the same day. As far as I can tell the work was done well. It's also obvious the workers enjoy what they do and enjoy working with each other which was nice to see as well.

I take all of my vehicles here. The service is always outstanding. They send updates, and photos of everything they find. I also appreciate the fact they’ve never tried to up-sell me. I’ve recommended them to all my family and friends looking for a trustworthy shop.

Absolute wonder customer service from all three men at the front desk! And the manager! Ben was especially kind, helpful, and very informative. I broke down right in-front of the shop. The manager ran out to jump my car for me, got it into the shop, then all diagnostics were free! They didn’t try to upsell anything, just were overall in my opinion very eager to help me. At this point, I was running late for work and they offered Me their complementary shuttle to get there. And to pick me up and bring me back if I needed it. Overall great experience, especially after a stressful morning. It was really nice. I’ll be using chapel hill tire, apex for all my future car needs!

This is THE BEST auto repair shops I’ve been to. Every time I visit, I’m treated with respect, and they never talk down to me the way some shops unfortunately do when they see a woman. The staff is incredibly professional, honest, and courteous—no condescending remarks or attitude. They even stayed an hour past closing to make sure my car was repaired, which says a lot about their dedication to their customers. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for trustworthy, professional service, great pricing, you won’t go wrong here.

Made the appointment a few days in advance. Showed up for my scheduled time and they were ready for me and very neighbor like courteous to me. Work was completed quickly while I waited in their customer area. Everything was explained well and was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone in the Apex area.
